Research Themes
Research Summary
I am a Principal Research Fellow in statistical methods and work on the development, evaluation and understanding of statistical methods for randomised trials, observational studies and IPD meta-analysis. I am based at the MRC Clinical Trials Unit at UCL.

My research interests include:
  • Practical issues around missing data, particularly relating to multiple imputation
  • Simulation studies in statistical research (tutorial paper)
  • Covariate adjustment in randomised trials
  • Estimands
  • Sensitivity analysis
  • Methods for meta-analysis with individual participant data
  • The re-randomisation design for clinical trials
