My academic research is focussed on economic development and public policy issues related to the urban built environment, in particular, transport infrastructure finance via land value capture. Featuring an international comparative perspective, my research work has been published in major peer-refereed journals in the relevant intellectual areas and received funding support by such organisations as the British Academy and the Worldwide Universities Network.
