The effect of different implant-abutment connection geometry and abutment alloy on corrosion product release and cell response
The aim of the projects under this title is to investigate the effect of different implant-abutment connection geometries, such as platform wswitching, and the use of various abutment alloys on corrosion product release from dental implant couples. The subsequent effect of the corrosion products on various cell metabolic pathways that regulate bone homeostasis are also explored
