Designing optimal HIV prevention interventions
In this research I use modelling techniques to determine cost-effective strategies for prevention of HIV transmission in different settings and across different groups in risk of transmission. Deterministic models are combined with available epidemiological, behavioural and cost data to design optimal HIV prevention interventions that can minimise the cost whist maximising the number of HIV infections that can be prevented.
