New Heads in Global Cities: A Comparative Study
£35,000, National College for School Leadership
The study is part of an international study of new heads in global cities, connecting with existing sister projects in the USA (Chicago & New York) and Hong Kong. As such the project aims to:
• Offer insight into the issues facing new heads in London
• Provide understanding of the general issues affecting new headteachers globally
• Contrast the experiences of English headteachers with those in the USA and Hong Kong.
