Assessment of physiological and pathological left ventricular remodelling using novel computational analysis of regional geometry
The goal of this study is to develop a more sensitive method for the earlier detection of heart muscle thickening, and to then use this to determine why some people are more prone to developing this excessive muscle thickening. We will look in detail at influences like ethnicity, diabetes, high blood pressure and exercise.
