This research investigates learning spaces and the relationship to research-based education strategy at UCL (Connected Curriculum). This work is important as it brings together principal 2 of UCL2034, the integration of research and education, with objective 6 of the education strategy, which seeks to develop a teaching estate that is fit for purpose. The project utilises qualitative interviews with UCL staff, students, and senior management, as well as external contacts.
