This research project seeks to test and provide evidence on the concepts of urban liveability and health equity in the context of land use and infrastructure policies in Cali, Colombia's third largest city. It also aims to spark a dialogue regarding practices and challenges for planning and assessing healthy urban environments that can resonate with growing debates about urban health in Latin America.
