This pilot project investigates trajectories of young people as they move transnationally to further their education in higher education institutions and become professionals, with focus on the discourse-related forms of expertise that they are requested at each stage of such trajectories as well as on the struggles that they face in the process. Close attention is paid to the trajectories of those becoming professionals in the language-related industries.
