The Tuberous Sclerosis Variation Databases
This work involves the collation from worldwide sources, and the classification of variants identified in the TSC1 and TSC2 genes. The recognition by diagnostic laboratories and TSC clinicians, that the role of several TSC variants in the disease phenotype is uncertain, led to the establishment of this project. These are global databases used by diagnostic laboratories, TSC clinicians and researchers worldwide.
