Consultant to the Swiss Development Cooperation (DEZA), working with SDC staff to help them address gender equality issues amongst target populations in a range of their interventions, through a series of country missions (situational analysis, training workshops and mid term reviews). Interventions included health sector reform, promotion of organic agriculture, and biosphere protection. Countroes covered: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Switzerland, Tanzania and Ukraine.
