Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC): The English noun phrase: an empirical study
The project’s aims were to carry out a large-scale study of the English Noun Phrase (NP), using the British component of the International Corpus of English (ICE-GB) as a database (see above). The overall research objective was for the Research Fellow Dr Evelien Keizer (subsequently at the University of Amsterdam and now a Professor of English at the University of Vienna) to produce a comprehensive typology of English NPs which was published in a monograph published by Cambridge University Press.
