Computational Studies of Protein-Protein Interactions in Signal Transduction Pathways
We are interested in looking at a variety of cancer signal transduction pathways and identifying key protein-protein interactions that can be used as targets for therapeutic intervention. We aim to construct detailed interaction maps on which high throughput screening and structure-based drug design can be carried out.
