A new appreciation of Juristic texts and Patterns of thought in Late Antiquity
A project to produce a corpus of late antique juristic texts, and to provide an analysis of the survival, creation and use of juristic and legal materials and how juristic thought and practice continued or evolved in the period between the Severans and Justinian.
