The aim of this project is to research strategies that will help improve accessibility to audiovisual media content by means of technological solutions. The project will study the optimization resulting from the integration of speech technologies (speech recognition/synthesis) and translation technologies (machine translation/translation memories) when generating voiceover/off-screen dubbing and audio description, as well as their reception by target audiences.
