Antibodies are highly specific molecules which have an established place in the treatment of solid tumours. Their pharmacokinetics can be modified by protein engineering and they can be conjugated with radionuclides, toxins or cytotoxics for cancer imaging or therapy. Current projects include: • Targeting the integrin αvβ6 for solid tumours (collaboration with Prof Kerry Chester) • Targeting Extra Domain B fibronectin See figure 1 (collaboration with Philogen) • Targeting CD25 for relapsed lymphoma (CRUK trial). The Royal Free hospital is a major referral centre for Hepatocellular cancer and Neuroendocrine Cancer (Collaborator Prof Martyn Caplin). I run a range of early and late phase clinical trials in these tumour groups including biomarker studies
