Abstract
This exhibition presents the work of current EngD students on in Virtual Environments, Imaging and Visualization course. Each research engineer presents their work in progress towards their research goals, which represent a cross section of multi-stranded concerns, ranging from computer vision and real-time rendering to simulation and design optimization problems. The research problems of the students often overlap disciplines such as computer science, architecture, engineering and complex systems science. By exhibiting the work in the same space together it is hoped that you may begin to uncover a dialogue between disciplines that is engaging and relevant to the complex society we live in whose concerns straddle both the real and the virtual worlds.
