Abstract
© 2019 Elsevier Ltd Erpf et al. identify PCMD-1 as a novel PCM component in C. elegans, which is required for an efficient recruitment of the PCM to the centrosome. In pcmd-1 mutants, the interphase PCM core fails to assemble. In addition, the mitotic PCM lacks integrity and structure.
