Book title:Ethics in the Arthurian Legend
Abstract
In this Foreword, I respond to the editors' invitation to revisit my chapter on 'Arthurian Ethics' published in The Cambridge Companion to the Arthurian Legend, ed. E. Archibald and A. Putter (2009). In the light of the essays in Elmes' and Meyer's collection, I highlight the limitrophic nature of Arthurian discourse, and the close relations of ethics to politics and emotions.
