A one-year research project managed by the African Centre for Cities, University of Cape Town, and funded by the UK Government's Department for International Development (DFID). This seeks to examine the way finance is raised through land market interventions and secondly how this is used to develop infrastructure in cities. I provide specialist advice on the links between transport, urban planning and land.
