Rapid spatial planning for investment in urban services
This three-year research project sought to investigate how rapid spatial planning is actually performed in the context of urban change in Indonesia, Nepal and India. Demonstrating that very little spatial planning (rapid or otherwise) has been conducted to guide urban infrastructure investment, cases were developed to record and bring together the ideas and ad hoc practice in these countries. Funded by DFID.
